The individuals involved in the day to day operations of the corporation have over 60 years experience in every aspect of the leasing industry. From the inception of the company, the principals knew and understood the importance of developing a specialized niche within the market place. As the equipment leasing industry became more competitive, the company's relationship with RE/MAX ® International, Inc. - as an approved supplier - began our journey toward that development within the franchise industry. For the past ten years the company has grown to understand the needs and desires of the franchisers, franchisees and funding sources. This unique understanding has allowed the company to maintain a lease portfolio in excess of $100 million, divested primarily toward the franchise industry.
